Founded in 2008, the company supplies products to both domestic and international OEM markets as well as the aftermarket, and is recognized as a leading automotive parts manufacturer in China.
The company currently occupies an area of 13,000 square meters, and in November 2022, it completed a new 12,000-square-meter facility in Xingbieying Development Zone. To further enhance product quality, the company introduced a high-precision Swiss inspection device valued at RMB 3 million—the first of its kind in Hebei Province. By continuously adopting advanced manufacturing and mold technologies from Japan, South Korea, and other countries, the company has built strong in-house R&D capabilities, with its new product development center fully utilizing computer-aided design.
Hejian Shuangyang holds ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality management system certifications and is a member unit of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Its main export products include full-series trucks for Mercedes-Benz and Volvo, Japanese sedans, and over twenty other product lines. The company maintains a stable workforce and comprehensive manufacturing and testing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 clutch units. It pioneered the application of laser welding technology for transmission steel plates in the industry, significantly narrowing the quality gap between domestic and international brands; its welded products have been adopted by leading domestic companies.
